Reservations should be made by calling the number above and telling them you are with the Maine Chapter, American College of Surgeons 2017 Meeting to get our group rate of $149/night (subject to 8% State Tax per night). Reservations made after the deadline will be based on availability and may be subject to the prevailing hotel room rate. 

The meeting will take place in the Bar Harbor Club which is next door to the Harborside Hotel and Marina.

 

ACCREDITATION/CREDITS

The Maine Medical Education Trust designates this activity for a maximum of 12.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

This activity qualifies for 1 CME credit of the 3 CME credit requirement for opioid medication education found in P.L. 2015, Chapter 488, Maine’s recent legislation to address the opioid drug abuse crisis. 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Maine Medical Association Committee on Continuing Medical Education and Accreditation through the partnership of Maine Medical Education Trust and the Maine Chapter, American College of Surgeons. The Maine Medical Education Trust is accredited by the Maine Medical Association to provide CME activities for physicians.

To earn CME, you must return your evaluation forms and sign in each day.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If you must cancel, please notify by phone or email. Conference registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2017. No refunds will be granted after April 30, 2017.
